Mandy is the heart behind the trailer and the one you’ll see most often behind the bar. From crafting drinks to managing bookings, inventory, and day-to-day operations, she keeps everything running smoothly. She loves creating a welcoming space where customers feel like regulars from their very first visit.

Co-Owner
Tim is the quiet support behind the scenes, helping bring the vision to life. While he’s not involved in the day-to-day operations, he plays an important role in supporting the business and cheering the team on every step of the way.

Aubrey brings energy and personality to the trailer, serving up drinks with a smile and making connections with customers along the way. She loves being part of the family business and helping create a fun, friendly atmosphere
