Service Description

Make your open house stand out with a handcrafted coffee experience. Light breakfast options are available to complement your coffee service and create a more welcoming experience for guests. We provide a professional espresso bar during your showing window—creating a warm, memorable experience for potential buyers. Hosting Options Guests Pay Individually A $100 deposit is required to secure your date and is applied toward drink sales. If sales do not meet the deposit, the remaining balance is retained. Fully Hosted Starting at $300 — includes up to 40 drinks Partially Hosted Prepaid tabs starting at $200 (~25 drinks). Once the tab is reached, guests may purchase additional drinks. Booking Details A $100 deposit is due upon booking. Remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to your event.
