However, once a package is shipped, delivery timelines and handling are the responsibility of the carrier. We are not liable for delays, lost packages, weather-related issues, or carrier-related complications. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
Shipping Policy - the basics
Processing Times:
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Custom items or made-to-order products may require additional processing time.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the product and destination. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after the order has shipped. Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, and destination.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly noted on the product or checkout page.
Order Confirmations & Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
Shipping Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Y’all Need Coffee is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at wakeup@yallneedcoffee.com — changes are not guaranteed once an order has shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number. After contacting the carrier, you may reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist. Refunds for lost or stolen packages are not guaranteed, as carriers are responsible once the package is scanned and in transit.

At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.
