Y’all Need Coffee reserves the right to determine refund eligibility based on the guidelines below. We make every effort to ensure customer satisfaction, but we cannot guarantee refunds in situations outside of our control, including damage caused by misuse, delays caused by shipping carriers, or dissatisfaction based on personal preference. By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

Refund Policy - the basics

At Y’all Need Coffee, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains how refunds, returns, and exchanges work for products purchased through our website and for coffee trailer event bookings.

1. Food & Beverage Sales (In-Person)

All sales of drinks and food items made at our mobile coffee trailer are final. Because these products are perishable and made to order, they cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Retail Merchandise (Shipped or Picked Up)

Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges:

Retail products such as coffee beans, apparel, drinkware, and branded merchandise may be eligible for a refund or exchange if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The item is defective

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Items Not Eligible:

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Opened bags of coffee

  • Used items

  • Items damaged by the customer

  • Clearance or final-sale merchandise

Process for Returns:

If your item qualifies:

  1. Email wakeup@yallneedcoffee.com with your order number and photos of the issue

  2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days

  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions or issue a replacement

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error.

3. Digital Products (If offered in the future)

Digital items or downloadable content are non-refundable once delivered.

4. Event Bookings & Deposits

Event bookings for our coffee trailer follow the terms outlined in your event contract. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event may be subject to additional charges

  • Rescheduling is allowed based on availability

Weather-related cancellations will follow the conditions detailed in your event agreement.

5. Missing, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped and scanned by the carrier, Y’all Need Coffee is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Customers should file a claim directly with the carrier using their tracking number.
We will assist when possible, but refunds are not guaranteed for carrier-related issues.
